We ship to the following destinations:

  • Spain (Peninsula and Islands).

  • Latin America (All countries in the region).

2. Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your purchase confirmation. Once your package is ready and leaves our facilities, you will receive an email notification.

3. Delivery Times

Once the package is handed over to the shipping company, the estimated transit delivery time is 4 to 8 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs procedures or courier company overload during high-demand periods.

4. Shipping Cost

Good news! Shipping is completely free for all orders placed in Spain and Latin America, with no minimum purchase required.

5. Shipping Companies

We work with leading local courier companies in each destination country to ensure that the package arrives directly to your hands as efficiently as possible.

6. Order Tracking

Yes, all our shipments include a tracking number. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the link and your tracking number so you can check the delivery status in real-time. Please note that the tracking system may take up to 24-48 hours to update.

7. Taxes and Customs (For international shipments)

Orders shipped to Latin American countries may be subject to import taxes, duties, or local customs fees according to the legislation of each country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Nova Vibe has no control over these fees and is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the costs of a second shipment will be borne by the customer.
